.delivery & returns policy

Orders may be placed online at lewajewellery.com at any time, we will confirm all orders with an expected delivery date within 2 business days.

All pieces are made to order and will usually take up to 6 weeks to deliver. Exact delivery times vary per order.

For domestic orders, Royal Mail First Class Signed For is the standard shipping method unless otherwise arranged.

For international orders, shipping will be arranged at time of sale.

Conditions for returns

In order for the goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

• The pieces were purchased in the last 30 days

• The pieces are unworn

• The pieces are in the original Lewa Jewellery packaging

The following goods cannot be returned:

• All custom pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged

• All bespoke pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged

• All personalisation pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. email lewajewelleryco@gmail.com for returns instructions.

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
